It is indeed highly fake and manufactured story viral on the social media, it is shared and liked by the like mined people who support such news without even caring about the truth.
If you hear the audio clip shared by Avi Dandiya, you will feel like there are three persons in conversation’s, Rajnath Singh, BJP chief Amit Shah and some unknown woman where it looks like they are planning an attack on jawans, in order to arouse nationalistic sentiments in the country.
Avi Dandiya is widely followed by over 2lakh people on the social media. Avi Dandiya has shared a post, where the audio has been mixed and matched from other similar videos and audios. This leader has given some of the statement at certain point of time.

We did not think further to waste your time and our time as well in analyzing this fake audio/video. Avi Dandiya is truly trying to arouse a fake sentiment against the BJP and people of India, who are united, especially after the Pulwama attack on India.
