Movie Review xXx The Return of Xander, having Indian actress Deepika Padukone and Ruby Rose are difference then the earlier release otherwise nothing new action film, includes whole of world actors

xXx film Review: After twelve years from the first release of xXx, this is the third movie and is all about return of Vin Diesel back into the third xXx franchise.

The xXx movies came up with a different type of daring action sequences that could set your adrenaline running high and indeed you will not miss this factor of high action with this movie. So depending upon the type of movie goers you are this movie will either make you either like the action sequences as they are little different unlike other movies or make you feel bored while watching this movie.

The movie has tried to take the entire Asia Market all together by including the major actors assuming this would generate more revenue.

  1. Deepika Padukone (India) as Serena
  2. Donnie Yen (Hong Kong) as Xiang
  3. Ruby Rose (Australia) as sniper expert Adele Wolff
  4. Tony Jaa (Thailand) as Talon
  5. Khris Wu (China/Canada) as Harvard “Nicks” Zhou
  6. Rory McCann (Scotland) as Tennyson
  7. Nina Dobrev (Canada) as techie Becky Clearidge
  8. Samuel L Jackson (USA) also makes a fleeting appearance as agent Augustus Gibbons, founder of the xXx programme.

In short the story: Believed to be dead Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) has retired comes back from retirement because of global threat. This is one another heist movie which has yet again showed with great efficiency how a team work can bring a work be done.

Director DJ Caruso smoothly executes the action scenes and takes us around the world, from London to the Phillipines and back to North America.

Vin Diesel: Delivers a magnetic performance who has been brought back after retirement, plays the central fleshy roles and hits all the major demographic country.

Deepika Padukone’s role is surprisingly decent in compare to other bollywood actor’s whose roles are almost nothing but used mainly for promotion purposes in their respective country. She is called Serena Unger and has a back story attached to her in the movie.

Donnie Yen has given his best performance in the movie after Rogue One.

The movie is disappointing for the weight of the villain, which is a real let down.
