Viral Message Verification –   The viral post on the site reach365 claims that fema arrested total of 74 people in 24 hours is totally wrong.

The site also claims saying “There are thousands more receiving these checks. We are going to be going door to door and make sure that the right people received these funds supposed to be allocated to those who suffered in the wake or hurricane Irma”.

However we checked with Florida Department of Law Enforcement (fdle) and found no official information to confirm this fake news information shared widely over the social media.

This news being spread from a known website often known for spreading pranks and rumors based on the users interest. This website breakingnews247.com is an entertainment website, news are created by users.

If you go in the about section of the website you can find the condition “This website is an entertainment website, news are created by users. These are humorous news, fantasy, fictional, that should not be seriously taken or as a source of information.” Which clearly means the story cannot be believed.
