गलत तरीके से नहाने से बच्चे की हृदय की धड़कन अत्यधिक बढ़ जाती है स्वयं परीक्षण करिये।

.तो आईये हम आपको नहाने का सबसे सही तरीका बताते है |

बाथरूम में आराम से बैठकर या खड़े होकर सबसे पहले पैर के पंजो पर पानी डालिये , रगड़िये, फिर पिंडलियों पर, फिर घुटनो पर, फिर जांघो पर पानी डालिये और हाथों से मालिश करिये|

फिर हाथो से पानी लेकर पेट को रगड़िये | फिर कंधो पर पानी डालिये, फिर अंजुली में पानी लेकर मुँह पर मलिए | हाथों से पानी लेकर सर पर मलिए।

इसके बाद आप शावर के नीचे खड़े होकर या बाल्टी सर पर उड़ेलकर नहा सकते है।

इस प्रक्रिया में केवल 1 मिनट लगता है लेकिन इससे आपके जीवन की रक्षा होती है। और इस 1 मिनट में शरीर की विद्युत प्राकृतिक दिशा में ऊपर से नीचे ही बहती रहती है क्योंकि विद्युत् को आकर्षित करने वाला पानी सबसे पहले पैरो पर डाला गया है।

Get a clean towel. You may want to have several clean towels handy. You will want one larger towel that you will use to dry off and wrap around your body, one for your hair, and another smaller towel to keep by the tub in case you need to dry off your hands and face during your bath.

Create a relaxing mood. Baths should be a time where you can let go of worries and melt away the stress from the day. Try lighting candles, dimming the light, or playing soft music to help you relax.

Make sure the water is warm but not hot. Hot water comes with several risks including a drop in blood pressure, dizziness and poor balance, nausea and vomiting, and it dries out your skin which leads to dehydration. Warm water will still relax you and protect you from potential dangers.

Get out of the tub slowly. The floor might be wet as well as your feet so you need to be extra careful to prevent yourself from falling. Also, your blood pressure might be slowed down and you could get a head rush when you stand up. Pull the plug and pour cold water in to gradually bring your core temperature down then slowly stand.

Rinse yourself off with clean water. If you have dry skin, you may want to rinse off with clean water from the faucet to get off any soap residue from your bath. You can do this by filling up a cup and repeatedly pouring water over your body. You can also turn on the shower to have a quick rinse.

Wrap your hair and body. Put a towel around yourself to soak up the water left on your skin. To keep your head warm and dry your hair, take another towel and wrap it around your head. This will help prevent additional water from dripping on the floor that you could slip on.

Make sure you clean the bathroom afterwards. Just unplug the bath tub, put everything back and wipe up any spills or footprints. You can also spray an after shower cleaner that doesn't involve any wiping and will help keep your tub clean.
