न दिनों देश भर में जहां सरकार सुरक्षा को लेकर कई कड़े कदम उठा रही है। तो वहीं दुष्कर्म की वारदातों में बढ़ोतरी सी दिखाई दे रही है। आपको याद होगा जब कठुआ में एक बच्ची के साथ सामुहिक दुष्कर्म का मामला सामने आया था।
उसके बाद मोदी सरकार ने नाबालीग बच्चियों से दुष्कर्म करने वालों के लिए फांसी का प्रावधान बनाया था। इतने कड़े कानून के भी समाज के कुछ दरिंदे अपने मंसूबे कामयाब करने में लगे हैं। जहां देशभर की निगाहें मंदसौर में हुए सात साल की बच्ची के साथ दुष्कर्म को लेकर खफा हैं।
और जल्द से जल्द आरोपियों की फांसी की मांग कर रहे हैं। तो वहीं उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ से भी एक दरिंदगी का मामला सामने आया है। इस मामले में एक नाबालीग को निशाना बनाया गया है। आरोपी खालीद और इरफान को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।
दरअसल, राजधानी लखनऊ के कुकरैल पिकनिक स्पॉट के पास स्थित जंगलों में एक नाबालिग किशोरी के साथ गैंगरेप और फिर उस पूरी घटना का वीडियो बनाने का मामला सामने आया है।
पुलिस को दी गई शिकायत के मुताबिक, यहां टेढ़ीपुलिया के एक निर्माणाधीन बिल्डिंग में काम करने वाले दो मजदूर एक राहगीर की नाबालिग बेटी को घुमाने के बहाने कुकरैल पिकनिक स्पॉट के जंगल ले गए। उसके बाद किशोरी की पिटाई कर उसके साथ बारी-बारी से दुष्कर्म किया.
पीड़िता के मुताबिक, उन लोगों ने पूरी वारदात की वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग भी की। इसके बाद उसे डरा धमकाकर बाइक पर बैठाया। ये लोग उसे लेकर घैला पुल पहुंचे, जहां किशोरी बाइक से कूद गई और शोर मचाने लगी।
लड़की की आवाज़ सुनकर पास ही गश्त लगा रही पुलिस और लोग तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचे। लोगों की नजर वहां से भाग रहे दोनों आरोपियों पर पड़ी। मामला गंभीर देख उन्होंने दोनों को दबोच लिया और पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया।
एसएसपी दीपक कुमार ने बताया कि दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया गया है। पुलिस पीड़िता का मेडिकल जांच कराने की व्यवस्था करा रही है।

Since he's been in jail, his family keeps coming to Nirmala's family offering them money to drop the court case. Nirmala's family has since moved to a different neighborhood because the neighbors were gossiping, saying things like 'The girl's life is spoiled, what will you do now?'. Nirmala's mother says they won't accept the money offered by the rapist's family, that they want justice instead.
