Ayupp Analysis – Its election time in Gujrat and fake and viral news is spreading like a virus. Mohammad Afzal Guru was a Kashmiri separatist and he was convicted for his role in 2001 Indian Parliament attack. Honourable Supreme court of India sentenced him for death and after President rejected his mercy petition, he was executed on 9th Feb 2013.
There were many advocates who fought to save him but it was never ever Arun Jaitley.
Regarding Ram Jethmalani taking up the case to protect Ajzal Guru – He never fought as a lawyer to save him. Even though he had objected the death sentence given to him. According to him it was unconstitutional. Read the article published in times of India on 28th Nov 2016.
