News Claim: A video of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi is going viral on social media with a fake claim. In the video, Rahul Gandhi can be seen helping Manmohan Singh.

The same video is going viral with the wrong context and it is being said that Manmohan Singh cannot even cut his own birthday cake.

News Verification: The video has been widely shared on WhatsApp and social media. The full length of the video can be seen on the YouTube group of congress. In the actual video Rahul and Manmohan Singh both can be seen cutting the cake together, the video is from Dec, 2018 when Former PM Manmohan Singh and Congress President Rahul Gandhi cut a cake on Congress Foundation Day
