News Claim: Karnataka is also one of the states in the nation that are still experiencing heavy rains. In Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka, it rained a lot on Sunday. It was possible to view the entire city submerged, making evacuation difficult.

A crocodile allegedly invaded the city because of rain, according to a video that has gone popular on social media. Find out the facts behind this popular video in this circumstance.

News Verification: In the popular video, a crocodile can be seen crossing a wet road. Many people are watching the crocodile travel through the road from the tops of buildings. But as soon as we learned about this episode, the truth became clear.

It has been found in the fact check that this incident is real, but not from Bangalore. When we did a reverse search of the video on Google, we found that this video is from Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh.

A reverse image search found a post on Twitter, the video of which is being shared. This was posted by user Pankaj Arora on August 14, 2022. He posted the video with the caption 'crocodile in Shivpuri MP'. This video was shot when it was raining heavily in Madhya Pradesh last month.

News Verdict: Although Bengaluru has received heavy rains and most of the roads have been flooded, the video of a crocodile being shared with this claim is completely false. In such a situation, the truth is that the video is from Madhya Pradesh and the claim being made about Bengaluru is completely wrong.
