News Claim: Recently a video of Shashi Tharoor is becoming very viral on social media. In which the Congress leader can be seen clapping and dancing to a Bollywood song. Many claimed that it was a video of a three-day Congress Chintan Shivir in Udaipur, Rajasthan, in which Tharoor danced to the film's songs earlier this month.
News Verification: Ayupp news found that the video is not from Rajasthan but from Kerala. The Bollywood song was later digitally added to the video.
The name of Uma Thomas is visible in the mark visible for four seconds of the viral video. It was written on the back of the wall in Malayalam with "UDF" in English. UDF or United Democratic Front is an alliance of center and centre-left political parties in Kerala.

News Verdict: The dance video of Shashi Tharoor being told of Chintan Shivar of Congress in Udaipur is actually from Kerala. This video has nothing to do with Udaipur. This video is being shared with Misleading Line as Udaipur.
