News Verification: The United States stayed in Afghanistan for around 20 years and for these years it has almost built an empire of infrastructure. They left Afghanistan on 31st August, leaving behind a huge technology of Machines. These weapons could be costing over billions of dollars; it was all left in Afghanistan after the Taliban’s took control of Afghanistan.

Amid all this the viral video of a helicopter going zigzag on a road is being shared with a claim that the Taliban is learning to fly an American helicopter.

The video is not from Afghanistan, but from the Libyan conflict and was taken last year.

The video was uploaded last year on Social media websites and news websites. One such video uploaded on June 2020 says, “#Tripoli: last one for the day, GNA-aligned forces towing an #LAAF helicopter (Mi35) captured near From Melgha, at the outskirts of #Tarhuna

Pretty sure no driving test prepares you for this...”

The Libyan conflict is primarily between the Government of National Accord (GNA) and the Libyan National Army (LNA). The Libyan government has acquired the Mi-35 of Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar. This was announced on the evening of June 4 by representatives of the Military Informant Telegram channel. According to information from journalists, the Government of National Accord was able to hijack a helicopter that belongs to the forces of the Libyan National Army.
