News verification: It is true that the government of India decided to ban Chinese mobile applications. However, Amartya Sen’s daughter Antara Dev Sen told The Quint that he has not made any comment of nature and that the quote is “fabricated”.
Verdict: The news circulating in social media is not true as Amartya Sen has not commented on the PUBG ban.
