As per the Social media claims the man in the picture is local Imam. Apart from this person, all the others have masks on their faces. Photos are being shared in many languages.

After Tablighi Jamaat community spread of the virus, people are sharing any event by connecting it to a particular Muslim community.

Kurnool police verified the fake claim on Facebook stating, “That person is a highly diabetic patient and his eyes are also not good because of diabetes.
He accidentally put a gate on his leg that was there in that building and a lot of BLOOD started coming out and as he is diabetic the nurse started to put cotton and a bandage

later as the blood was not stopping as he was injured badly they shifted to GGH KNL in Ambulance as the wound was severe and for diabetic patients, without care it might create a big problem to him

The nurse was doing her job and treating the patient to stop the blood. --- DD I&PR KNL”

When we did a reverse image search on Google, we came to know the truth of this incident. In fact, we found a post on April 23 on the Facebook page of Abdul Hafeez, in which it was written that the claims running on social media with this picture are false. Abdul Hafeez said, "This picture was taken in March. We were at the Quarantine Center at Rayalaseema  University. There was a man's leg injury and the nurse was attending him. The situation was a bit critical as the one who was hurt was a diabetic patient. ”
