 Multiple Fake news claims:

The viral message is circulating on WhatsApp that appealed to stand at 5 pm for five minutes on 12th  April 2020 for our Prime minister efforts in the fight against COVID-19. In reply PM Modi also tweeted that those who really wanted to show their appreciation should do so by taking responsibility for a poor family instead until the COVID-19 crisis is over.

"Narendra Modi - This man has done so much for us and our nation. This Sunday on the 12th of April, let us all give a standing ovation and salute our PM. Everyone is requested to stand in their house balconies at 5 p.m. and give a standing ovation and salute Our prime minister, Mr. Narendra Modi for 5 mins."

Facts Check Verdict: True

News Verification:

PM Narendra Modi alerted people and tweeted that it has been brought to my attention that some people are running a campaign to honor Modi by standing for 5 minutes. At first glance, it seems like a scandal to drag Modi into disputes. He further said by tweeting that maybe it was someone's goodwill, yet I insist that if you really have so much love and want to honor me, then take the responsibility of a poor family at least till then, As long as there is a crisis of coronavirus. There can be no greater honor for me

It is realy commendable that  how PM Modi has been appreciated for taking up the role of the Koreana virus and the role of lockdown from the local level to the international level.
