In the video where Sushma Swaraj, can be seen enjoying the song even. This is not a song.
The video came from a early visit of Sushma Swaraj visot to Kuwait on October 19, 2018.
The Singer in the video is Mubarak Al-Rashid who sang hindi song.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj addressed the Indian community in Kuwait on Tuesday. During the event a Kuwaiti singer Mubarak Al-Rashid enthralled the audience by singing Mahatma Gandhi’s favourite bhajan `Vaishnav Janto’.
