News Verification: The image shared on social media is not recently taken, it is in circulation since July 2020.
AAP Twitter handle also stated the picture was fake, they said, this is an old photo of waterlogging on the Minto bridge.

The new Indian Express published this news with an image on 19th July 2020. It said, “The heavy rains also resulted in waterlogging at Minto Bridge took the life of a 60-year-old on Sunday. The 60-year-old man was driving a Tata Ace who allegedly died of died due to drowning after his vehicle got stuck in the waterlogged underpass. ”
