News Verification: The post claiming over 300000 infected by the coronavirus is not true. As per current date of 4^th March, the total detected cases in china are around 20000. Till now the coronavirus has killed a minimum of 362 people, it has affected ore the 20000 people across the world and it has spread n more than 25 countries since it was first detected in the Chinese city of Wuhan in December.

As per the Chinese government website,  At 04:00 on February 3rd, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 3235 newly confirmed cases (2345 cases in Hubei Province) and 492 severe cases (442 cases in Hubei Province). An increase of 64 death cases (64 cases in Hubei Province), 157 newly cured cases (101 cases in Hubei Province), and 5072 new suspected cases (3182 cases in Hubei Province).

　　As of 24:00 on February 3, the National Health and Health Commission has received a total of 20,438 confirmed cases (2 nuclear reductions in Heilongjiang Province) of 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. There are currently 2788 severe cases with cumulative deaths. There were 425 cases, 632 cases were cured and discharged, and there were 23214 suspected cases.

　　At present, 221,015 close contacts have been tracked. Of the 12,755 people who were released from medical observation on the same day, 171,329 are currently undergoing medical observation.

　　A total of 33 confirmed cases were reported from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan: 15 from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, 8 from the Macao Special Administrative Region, and 10 from Taiwan.
