Facts Check Analysis: Social media giant Twitter has indeed sent a notice over a fake post by Pakistan president on Pakistan. Earlier a day twitter sent a notice to Pak president Arif Alvi on his tweet on the Kashmir.

Shireen Mazari, from Minister for Human Rights in PM Imran Khan's cabinet tweeted her frustration on social media stating, “Twitter has really gone too far in becoming a mouthpiece of the Rogue Modi govt! They sent a notice to our President! In bad taste and simply ridiculous.” The people of Pakistan were surprised over the reaction by twitter.

The tension between Pakistan and India has gone up after India revoked article 370 from Kashmir. After that, though India has not shown many reactions, Pakistan is crying all over the world to get some sympathy over Kashmir.
Addressing Pakistan's 73rd Independence Day, Alvi had instigated the citizens of his country to resort to "fully use social media to expose the heinous crimes committed by India against Kashmiris." He himself, leading the cause, on August 24, tweeted a video which purportedly showed unrest in Jammu and Kashmir, which turned out to be fake.
Thousands of Pakistani social media users on facebook and twitter have complained in the past few days that their accounts were suspended. These people tweeted many fake videos, news, wrong information over Kashmir, Many of the tweets over the Kashmir turned out to be fake.
