Facts Check Analysis: The video is fake and widely circulated across all the forms of social media. In the video the mob can be seen parading women naked. The video is from Bihar. 

As per news by BBC, published on 21 August 2018, titled as “India woman beaten and paraded naked by mob”.

A woman was stripped and paraded naked by a mob in eastern India's Bihar state on the suspicion of killing a man. 

The incident took place on Monday after the body of Vimlesh Shah, 19, was found near a railway track in Bhojpur district. Shah's neighbours believed that the woman, who lives in a red light district nearby, had killed him and decided to punish her instead of going to the police.

A video of the incident shows the woman being paraded naked on the street surrounded by dozens of men.

Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Tejashwi Yadav tweeted, “In Bihar, a woman is allegedly stripped, thrashed and paraded naked by a mob in a lawless State. I'm speechless and numb to see the heart-wrenching videos of that woman. Nitishji, with folded hands I request you to fix law and order and ensure women safety and security. Please.”
