New Delhi, Income Tax Raids: The Union Revenue Secretary Hasmukh Adhia and CBDT chairman Sushil Chandra held a press conference today against the black money holders and informed of the various actions being taken.
Sushil Chandra said “that so far 191 raids have been conducted and 250 places income tax surveys has been done and a total of 316 crore has been seized and among this most 80 crore of the currency is in the form of new notes, finally the total amount recovered is 393 crores”.
