Uttar Pradesh, Arvind Kejriwal: Kejriwal is holding nationwide rallies these days to protest against demonetisation.  Today he held a massive rally in Merrut, Uttar Pradesh.

I have not come here to win elections, I have come here today to beg you to save the country' said kejriwal.


Arvind Kejriwal said that the people of Uttar Pradeh are angry and they should take revenge in the UP Assembly election against The BJP. Current Samajwadi Party is the ruling party in Uttar Pradesh, but all parties knows that especially after the demonetisation, BJP has gained  the people’s perception against corruption.

As per the survey conducted sometime back by the Modi government on demonetisation, he got around 94 percent of public votes, on the online survey.  And all political parties knows this so their fight is only against BJP

Earliar when he was in Gujarat he accused NAMO of receiving bribes while he was the Gujarat Chief Minister and sought a judicial probe into the issue.

He called the demonetisation move a "flop", and had alleged that PM's "arrogance and obstinacy" has pushed the country 10 years back and that the measure has "failed" to curb black money, corruption, circulation of counterfeit currency and terror financing.

 

Arvind Kejriwal also claimed that black money and corruption have "increased" by over 10 times, since the ban of high-value currency and demanded that cases of cheating and fraud be lodged against those responsible in the Centre for the mess.

 

The Delhi Chief Minister also alleged that BJP has settled its "black money" before demonetisation by buying land in Bihar and other states.
