India, New Delhi, August 31: Yet another limelight in a negative context by AAP member, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal sacks another cabinet minister Sandeep Kumar on Wednesday after finding objectionable CD of him.

A CD submitted to Kejriwal purportedly showed the minister in a compromising position with two women and some objectionable photographs.

In the alleged 9-minute video, Sandeep is seen with two women on bed. The content of the video is highly objectionable and unlikely to be showed openly on tv channels. He is alleged to have been spotted with women out side five star hotel earlier. There has been complaint regarding this against the minister by party sources. Footage involving two girls were out but according to sources four girls are alleged to have been with the minister.

"I have got this CD from someone else. I got this fortnight ago. I gave it to so many places but no body took action. This CD is highly objectionable. There are almost 50 people who know about the minister conduct. Delhi government should be question about this incident as no body took action when I alerted about this," said Omprakash, who leaked the sex CD.

Sandeep Kumar worked with Arvind Kejriwal in the India Against Corruption-led anti-corruption movement in 2012. As a lawyer, he fought cases for economically and socially backward people, without taking any fees.

Kumar contested the 2013 Delhi Legislative Assembly elections from the SultanPur Majra from the AAP. He secured 30,346 votes and stood second losing to the three-time MLA , Jai Kishan of the Indian National Congress (INC), by the margin of 1,112 votes. The AAP renominated him for the constituency in the 2015 Delhi Legislative Assembly elections.

However, AAP leader said they will not tolerant any criminal activity. "We have zero tolerance over corruption and illegal activities", said Manish Sisodia on the sideline of the event.

Sandeep Kumar, Child Welfare and Social Justice minister, is currently the youngest minister in Kejriwal's cabinet. He is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party and represents SultanPur Majra in member of the Sixth Legislative Assembly of Delhi. Sandeep is third minister to be removed from the government in last 18 months.

In July, Delhi CM had intervened on Twitter to abort a poorly conceived scheme of Kumar to remove beggars from Delhi's roads.

"Recd "objectionable" CD of minister Sandeep Kr. AAP stands for propriety in public life. That can't be compromised.", Kejriwal tweeted on micro blogging site.

People are waiting to hear from Arvind Kejriwal, that this things are again done by the BJP and congress party.

It is quite strange a party like AAP which claims to be high in moral values and lots of saying good by themselves, appoints a person, ie first brings in corrupts and when they are caught he takes credit for removing them.

Earliar  In June 2015, Jitender Tomar resigned as law minister after he was accused of faking his college degree. In October last year, Kejriwal had sacked Asim Ahmed Khan, 38, who was minister for food and environment. The list is growing long in the AAP party where people has joined to persue there personal goals.

In July, Delhi CM had intervened on Twitter to abort a poorly conceived scheme of Kumar to remove beggars from Delhi's roads.

Prashant Bhushan, founder member of the Swaraj Abhiyan and former party member of AAP, alleged in a tweet that Delhi CM first brings in corrupts and when they are caught he takes credit for removing them.
