This is the second rape case in the city in the last five days. However, due to the lockdown in the city, a heavy police force is deployed on the platform.

Habibganj police station in-charge Rakesh Srivastava said on Wednesday, 'We have arrested two accused Shafiq Khan (24) and Abid Khan (22) in the case of kidnapping a 17-year-old girl on Saturday night. He said that according to the victim's complaint, on Saturday night while she was going to JP Hospital with her friend, the accused forcefully pulled her into the car. The accused took him to a secluded place in the Bhel area of ​​the city and one of them raped him.

Srivastava said that after the incident, the accused threatened him that if he told anyone about the incident, he would have to face serious consequences. The accused absconded leaving him there. He said that the victim came back from there and informed her friend about the incident, which gave her patience. After this, the victim had the courage to complain and lodged a complaint with the Jehangirabad police station.
