New Delhi, Subhash Chandra: It doesn’t looks like in the near future Arvind Kejriwal is going to stop  defaming and accusing people and also I dosent looks like people are going to stop in filing defamation and civil defamation case against him. It can be noted that the list of defamation cases against Arvind Kejriwal is going up.

Nitin gadkeri, then  jately and now The chairman of the Essel Group, Dr Subhash Chandra,  filed a criminal defamation suit against the chief minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal who held a rally in Azadpur Mandi region of the capital today.

Dr Chandra is a Rajya Sabha member from BJP, He took it on to the Facebook post to state that he has filed the defamation case against Kejriwal in the Patiala House Court.

He added In the facebook post "I don’t understand why does the Delhi Chief Minister fails to understand that he is now on a constitutional position and not just a politician. Defaming with an ulterior motive is unconstitutional,".

He further mentioned that Kejriwal claims to be an anarchist but that does not mean that he will not respect the law of the land. "Everything has a limit and people should not cross it. The day is not far away when people across Delhi will file cases against Chief Minister in the courts," he said.

Kejriwal had recently, mentioned the name of Subhash Chandra while referring to those who have allegedly amassed black money. If proven guilty, Kejriwal may have to spend two years in jail.

Earlier, Chandra had backed the move of PM Modi of demonetising Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes in order to stop the circulation of black money in the country. "This is a good thing for all of us, particularly the common man. Maybe big people like me will hate, but I ask them also, let us stop this. Let us be clean. Let us enjoy the money we earn, because the enjoyment can be only if you make legitimate money," he had written in a FB post.
