Rajkot (Gujarat) [India], Mar 29: An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 on the Richter scale hit Rajkot's Hanjiyasar village on Thursday morning, 9 km from Bhachau, Gujarat · 4:03 AM.
As per the meteorological department, the earthquake occurred at around 04:03 am in the morning.
As of now no loss of life or property has been reported. (AYUPP)
Earlier on 23 January this year, a 3.6 magnitude earthquake had also hit Junagadh in Gujarat. The tremors of the earth quake was felt at around 6:32 PM in parts of Junagarh and its neighbouring districts. There were no casualties due to the earthquake.
