This video is taken from the BJP's verified YouTube channel whose heading states that since independence, the UPA has been the most corrupt government ever since independence. Through this video, Sushma Swaraj wants to show how Meira Kumar does not allow anyone to speak against the UPA and keeps stops them again and again. In this video, Sushma Swaraj is giving speeches against the government's policies as the opposition in the then UPA government and speaker Meira Kumar is being repeatedly stopping them.
In the first three minutes of the Lok Sabha proceedings, Sushma gives very comfortable speech without any interference. After half-speech is over, Sushma begins to speak about all the scams of the UPA government and then the other MPs start shouting. Meanwhile, Meira Kumar does not allow Swaraj to give further speeches. Meira Kumar tells Sushma that please shorten your speech so that other people can give a speech. After all this, Sushma Swaraj declares that she is walking from the Lok Sabha.
Ram Nath Kovind and Meira Kumar have filed their nomination for the presidential election. Kovind reached Parliament House and gave his nomination letter to Lok Sabha General Secretary. On this occasion Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah besides several Union Ministers and Chief Ministers of many states were also present. Prime Minister Modi is the only proponent of the nomination of Kovind.
