New Delhi, November 2: The union minister General VK Singh on Wednesday reacted to the suicide of Indian soldier demanding the implementation of One rank One Pension (OROP).
VK Singh said that the mental condition of the jawan needs to be investigated. "Reason for his suicide being reported is OROP, don’t know what his mental state was, need investigation," Singh told ANI.
