Panaji, Manohar Parrikar: The Defence Minister, sometimes give stern yet bold statement and yet advised to the people who keeps on blabbing for everything, Just remove your clothes and dance naked.

"I still remember in 1968 during the Watergate issue, he (an editor) had written a large editorial advising (Richard) Nixon. Now, how could an editorial written by him in Marathi reach Nixon? He is in America.

"Some people do not understand their limits. They keep blabbering. I have some good advice for them. Remove your clothes and dance naked. One can have better publicity .

Referring to an editor of a vernacular newspaper, Parrikar said, "One will get even better publicity. He was an international level editor, he was brought here in his old age. His newspaper had a sale of 1,000."

Who is Manohar Parrikar: Manohar Gopalkrishna Prabhu Parrikar (born 13 December 1955) is an Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party who is the current Defence Minister of India. Before being inducted into the Council of Ministers of the Union Government on 9 November 2014, he served as the Chief Minister of Goa, first from 2000 to 2005 and later from March 2012 to November 2014. He is a member of the Rajya Sabha from Uttar Pradesh.
