Today the judge will tell the conditions of bail granted to Aryan Khan

Aryan Khan Drugs Case Live Updates: The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Aryan Khan, arrested in the cruise ship drugs case. Aryan Khan got bail in this case after 25 days. After the raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 2. The NCB arrested actor Shahrukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan.

This case gave rise to many controversies and the central agency and its officials were also involved in them. However, even after getting bail, Aryan could not come out of Arthur Road Jail yesterday as the court has not yet given an effective order related to the conditions imposed by the court while granting bail.

A single bench of Justice N W Sambre also granted bail to co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the case. Justice Sambre said, "All the three appeals are allowed. I will give a detailed order by tomorrow evening (Friday)." Aryan's lawyers sought permission to grant cash bail, which was rejected; the court said that surety will have to be given. Justice Sambre said, "I could have passed the order yesterday also, but I gave it today."

Aryan's team of lawyers will now try to complete the formalities for his release by today or tomorrow.

OCT 29, 2021, 8:00 AM (IST): Aryan Khan got bail from the High Court 25 days after his arrest, today the judge will tell about the bail conditions. The matter will come up for hearing today at 2.30 pm.

OCT 29, 2021, 8:30 AM (IST): Along with granting bail, the High Court has also added some conditions. According to the conditions, the court said that Aryan Khan will not contact any other accused in this case. Apart from this, we will not even try to influence the proceedings of the Special Court. While granting bail, the High Court ordered that Aryan Khan will have to deposit his passport in the special court and will not make rhetoric in the media.

NCP leader Nawab Malik again made fresh allegations against Sameer Wankhede in a press conference today. He has issued a letter to DG NCB and has demanded that the innocent people who have been caught should be investigated. Along with this, those who said in this and that what they said that my justice is against injustice. 

Nawab Malik said- 'The investigators themselves are upset, NCB presents different arguments and those who nab Aryan are looking for a way to escape.' Nawab Malik said about Sameer Wankhede that he has adopted all the tactics. Nawab Malik said- 'First they started saying that the family is being dragged. Mother's name is being taken... I never pointed fingers at her mother.' 

Nawab Malik said that I had posted the picture of his first wife on Twitter. The picture was sent to me from somewhere at 2 o'clock in the night and I was told that he wanted this picture to be posted, so I posted that picture on social media. I have never said anything about the wife he has now.
