Know when Aryan Khan, Munmun and Arbaaz will come out of jail

The Bombay High Court on Thursday (28 October 2021) granted bail to Aryan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, who was trapped in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. After 3 days of arguments, Justice Nitin Sambre accepted the bail applications of Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant. Till tomorrow the detailed order will be received from the court, all three will have to stay in Arthur Jail. He is expected to be released tomorrow evening or the day after.

Aryan Khan's counsel Mukul Rohatgi and Satish Maneshinde were present in the Bombay High Court for the hearing of the bail plea. Aryan Khan's lawyer Mukul Rohatgi while talking to the media outside the court said that Aryan Khan will come out of jail by tomorrow (Friday) or the day after tomorrow (Saturday). At the same time, ASG Anil Singh gave strong arguments in opposition to Bell today.

Earlier, the Narcotics Control Bureau had opposed Aryan's bail and told the court that he can influence the witnesses. ASG Anil Singh said in court today, “Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant take drugs regularly. It has also emerged that hard drugs were procured in bulk quantity. He is also in contact with drug peddlers. Achit is a drug peddler. He has not been arrested from the cruise.

He also added, “Aryan and Arbaaz are childhood friends. The two travelled together and were supposed to stay in the same room. If two people were together. One of them knows that the other has drugs and takes it, while the first person is in 'conscious possession'." He also placed Aryan's chats in front of the judge.

Shahrukh Khan and his fans have got relief news. Aryan Khan has been lodged in Arthur Road Jail since 7 October. Aryan Khan and others were detained by the NCB on October 2 in connection with the seizure of drugs from the cruise. Later he was arrested. A total of 20 people were arrested by the NCB in this case.
