Molestation case against Maharashtra Congress working president Naseem Khan
Mumbai: A case of molestation has been registered against Maharashtra Pradesh Congress working president and former minister Naseem Khan and 4 others. Mumbai Police said on Sunday that a case has been registered against Naseem Khan, including 4 others, under sections 354, 509, 506, 323, 504 and 34 of the IPC on the basis of the statement of a woman at the Andheri police station. However, no arrest has been made in this case so far.
