Jobs: Over 2,000 CRPF posts to be filled; details here

New Delhi: More than 2,000 vacancies for paramedical staff will be filled in AR, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, and BSF, the Centre Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has notified. The interviews will be held from September 13 to 15 in various states.

“Retired CAPFs and Ex-Armed force personnel Male & Female who are willing & eligible may report to the concerned venue as per schedule for Walk-in interview from 13/09/2021 to 15/09/2021 for engagement of Paramedical staff in various CAPFs Hospitals on contractual basis,” CRPF’s advertisement said on its official website.

“As per Government of India UO No. O.IV-3/2020-Pers.II dated 03/05/2021 & 19/07/2021, CRPF has been declared as Nodal Force for conducting the selection process for filling up the vacancies in Paramedical Cadre in CAPFs & Assam Rifles from the retired CAPF as well as Ex-Armed force personnel for appointment on contractual basis for a period of one year against the vacancies available in Paramedical cadre,” it added.

The retired personnel of CAPFs, AR and Armed Forces up to the age of 62 years shall be engaged for paramedical cadre duties for a period of one year in CAPFs and AR.

“The appointment and remuneration of such appointees would be regulated as per Department of Expenditure’s OM No. 3-25/2020-EIIIA dated 9th December 2020 regulating remuneration in case of contract appointment of retired Central Government employees which is last pay drawn minus pension plus transport allowance not exceeding the rate applicable to the appointee at the time of retirement on which no DA shall be admissible,” the CRPF said.
