Jharkhand new Chief Minister Hemant Soren thanked the people of the state after taking oath as Chief Minister on Sunday at the Morabadi stadium of Jharkhand and said that the new government will always work to fulfill your aspirations and dreams and all the issues that have caused the public to worry will be reviewed.

The Chief Minister took the oath of office of the 11th Chief Minister of Jharkhand at Morhabadi Maidan in Ranchi. After taking the oath, he expressed gratitude to the three and a half crore people of Jharkhand and said that the government will always work to fulfill your aspirations.

Hemant Soren said, "We will soon review the actions and decisions of the previous government, and will take appropriate decisions."

He said, "We all have to walk together to take Jharkhand to new heights."

He said, "Our government will work for the all round development of citizens of all classes and communities. A new phase of peace and prosperity will begin in the state. "

Newly appointed Chief Minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren took charge at around 5 pm soon after the swearing in on Sunday and also held the first Cabinet meeting with his three other cabinet colleagues.

After the Chief Minister took over his charge, the Chief Secretary gave him the book and greeted him in the Ministry. The Chief Minister was warmly welcomed by the officials and personnel of the Ministry.

Earlier, Chief Minister Hemant Soren bowed to the Chief Minister's office and occupied the Chief Minister's chair. The Chief Minister met his cabinet members Alamgir Alam, Rameshwar Oraon and Satyanand Bhokta.
