Unlock-5.0 Guidelines: Unlock-5 guideline released, cinemas will open, state will decide on school-college

New Delhi. The Union Ministry of Home Affairs has issued guidelines for Unlock 5. According to the instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs, cinema halls and multiplexes will be opened in Unlock-5 with 50 percent seats. Cinema halls, multiplexes, entertainment parks will be opened from October 15. Swimming pools will be opened for the training of players. Soon the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will issue guidelines regarding cinema halls, theatres, multiplexes.

After October 15, the decision to open schools and coaching institutes in Unlock 5 has been given to the state governments. The consent of parents will also be necessary for this. The decision to open a school or educational institution will be made by the organization concerned. This decision will be taken keeping in mind the then circumstances. In schools that are taking online classes, if the students do not reach school and want to do online classes, then they will have complete relaxation.

For social occasions, only 100 people will be allowed to participate in social, educational, sports, entertainment, cultural, religious, political, and other programs. There will be strict restrictions on the participation of people living in the Containment Zone in such programs. Half of the people will be allowed to enter the halls with a capacity of 200 people in closed places. Wearing face masks will be mandatory in such places and social distancing, thermal scanning and use of hand wash and sanitizer will be necessary.

The Indian government has extended the strict lockdown in the Containment Zone till 31 October. Business to business (B2B) exhibitions will be allowed to open from October 15, for which the SOP will be issued by the Commerce Department.

Advice for such people to stay at home

Apart from this, apart from international flights approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs, all types of international flights will be banned at present. There will be no restriction on any movement of goods or persons outside the state and the state nor any permission or pass will be required. People above 65 years of age, people suffering from other diseases, pregnant women, and children below 10 years have been advised to stay home apart from very important work.

Many big festivals like Durga Puja, Navratri, Dussehra are going to be held in this phase of the unlock, so special care has been taken in the government's SOP that people can celebrate the festivals with joyous measures, along with measures to prevent corona infection. At the same time, the Maharashtra government has extended the lockdown in the Containment Zone till 31 October.

In Unlock 4 Guidelines, the Central Government had given a partial concession to open the school. Schools are being partially opened across the country from September 21, although schools and other educational institutions are still closed in most states.
