Facts Check Analysis: Yes there are many incidents of stone pelting on the Vande Bharat Express, like the one during the Trial run. Stones were thrown at Train 18 on December 20, 2018, during a trial run between Delhi and Agra.

As per NDTV, Stones were thrown at a new Train 18 by unidentified people during its trial run on Friday, barely a month after a similar incident took place, officials said.

No one was hurt and no arrests were made after the incident occurred when the train left Sakurbasti at around 11:03 pm on Friday to reach New Delhi to begin its trial run to Allahabad, railways said.

No suspect was found (As per NDTV report)

Again as reported by financialexpress on February 4, 2019, titled “Vande Bharat Express damaged again ahead of launch! Stones pelted at engine-less Train 18; what happened”

According to Indian Railways, a railway person who was present in Train 18 during its trial run informed the escort party that the stone hit the window glass of Train 18’s coach number 188320. On the train’s arrival, RPF staff of DLT, New Delhi railway station along with escort party checked and reported to the control room. The Sadar area was searched, however, no suspect was found.

So there are no suspect found in the stone pelting incident.
