Facts Check Analysis: The Supreme Court, set aside a state government order that allowed them to stay on until their death, asking the former CM;s to vacate government residences within two months.  

Former CMs cannot stay on beyond 15 days, after their official tenure end’s in office, a bench, comprising Justices Anil R Dave, NV Ramana and R Banumathi, observed, while setting aside the state executive order. It came on a public interest litigation filed by NGO Lok Prahari.

The state government defended on the grounds of security, but the court was smart enough and asked the state to recover appropriate rent in cases of unauthorised stay.

So are this images as tweeted from Rajnath Singh official residence after he vacated? No it is 'not, this images has been collected from different places and different websites. The water mark’s are more visible on the image, this gives a clear hint that this images are outsourced and taken from different place.
