Ayupp Analysis – As per the new research eating too much red meat can lead to Alzheimer’s disease.
Scientists have confirmed that there is abundant of iron content in the red meat. This can cause oxidant damage.
Human brain is vulnerable to such oxidant. Hence researchers have suggested that this issue can convert into Alzheimer’s disease.
This research was done by UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles). Professor George Bartzokis, has informed that more studies have suggested the disease is caused by one of two proteins, one called tau, the other beta-amyloid.
