This message is fake as India doesn’t have a Ministry of Interior Regulation, it’s a figment of the WhatsApp creator’s imagination. This post has been circulating at Ghana, UAE, India and probably at other places. The link in one of the versions of the post talks about UAE Government announcement about cyber crime. Kindly note it’s a 2012 news and the the description given in this WhatsApp post is not true.
