Hold your finger down on the message. At the bottom in the middle it will say forward. Hit that then click on the names of those in your list and it will send to them

The message of Jayden K. Smith and James Wood both essays the same thing and both warns people of not accepting friendship request from this persons.

Let us clarify this message is a hoax and is not at all correct. There is no way in facebook or any other social media where people will be hacked by just sending a friendship request.
