Ayupp fact check – It is indeed true that the man was beaten and tortured. He was suspected of stealing mobile phone was tied up and given electric shock in Uttar Pradesh’s Azamgarh district. The incident, recorded on a mobile camera had gone viral.
Case has been registered against 9 of the accused out of which five have been arrested. As can be heard in the video. The person says some criminals came to his house at 4 am in the house. He says he was beaten, given electric shock and his figures has been cut as well.
It has been said that he has stolen mobile and there was some fight on that issue. Watch the video below
