The Kolkata Vice chancellor Soma Bandopadhay received complaints on Saturday about the message being circulated on the social media, before the exams. The pictures being circulated on the social media were fake, said the vice chancellor. Therefore the rumor about the question paper leak is true, whereas the message viral on the social media is fake.

Both semesters one and semester three examinations has started on 11th December, where on Saturday around 39000 examinees appeared in the first semester exams.
