The tweets was tweeted from the official twitter handle of the PMO India, in this tweets the PMO wanted to convey that how the Congress party have destroyed the institution like the EC, EVM.
How the Congress insults Army, calls the Army Chief a Gunda, Congress imposed Emergency, Congress misuses Article 356 several times, and Congress calls Planning Commission a bunch of jokers, yet the Congress party says Modi is destroying institutions.
Looks like the BJP and the PMO has not placed the words in correct place and this has given the congress party ammunition to attack the BJP and Modi.
