So what is the truth about the video? The video is not new and it dates back to the year 2016. The video was posted on the official of Bharatiya Janata Party, titled “PM's speech at launch of various projects in Goa: 13.11.2016”. In the video posted below, PM Modi can be seen bowing repeatedly in front of the audience he has just addressed, however this video is not from 2018.
