Detailed Analysis: The self boosting message claim by the PMO from his verified twitter account is half true and half false. Though information is correct but the duration of time given is not correct. 8.5 lakh toilets were built, but not in week. Preparations had begun since March 13, says Swachh Bharat Mission officials.
