 Ayupp Fact Check:- The former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar and son of Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav twitted this letter on December 17, claiming of that of the Election Commissioner in Gandhinagar.  As claimed by the message of Tejashwi that this letter is viral on whatsapp and asked user to deduce the conclusion. The letter alleged that EVMs were being hacked with the help of telecom companies. The tweet was also re-tweeted by Lalu Yadav
