There is no doubt on her beauty she is looking stunning in the photo but people are worried about her feet, actually In this photo Twinkle Khanna's feet are kept on a stool, which people have understood as a pile of books. In such a way, people have trolled her for keeping her feet on the books. After this trolling, Twinkle kept this thing in front of the people that her feet were kept on a stool, not on the book.
