The Union Human Resource Development Minister said he would "fast-track" the setting up of a defense university as well.
Earliar Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had said of setting up India's first railway university in Vadodara, Gujarat, in addition to "two new full-fledged schools of planning and architecture" while presenting the Union Budget earlier this year.
