Liverpool University of London and researchers from King's College, London, Maastricht University of the Netherlands, analyzed their ability to learn Dutch by offering some amount of alcohol to the participants.
The quantity of liquor was changed according to the weight of the participants. This study has been published in the Journal of Psychopharmacology. It was found that people who drink alcohol were better at learning Dutch language. It was also found that there was a marked difference in his pronunciation.
