Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow:  Lal Krishna Advani and Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi and 12 other accused, were granted bail in the Babri Masjid demolition case in Ayodhya. The CBI Special Court has fixed the charge of joining the conspiracy against all of them.

In the Babri Masjid case of Ayodhya today, the special CBI court in Lucknow has fixed charges against former Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani as well as criminal conspiracy against all 12 accused including former Union Minister Dr Murli Manohar Joshi and Union Minister Uma Bharti.  All 12 accused have been charged under 120B. Special CBI court fixed charges against the accused under section 120-B (criminal conspiracy). The case will also be heard in the CBI court tomorrow. On the other hand, defense counsel KK Sharma said that we will go to the High Court against the decision of the CBI court.

Lal Krishna Advani refuses to take charge sheet

Lal Krishna Advani, accused of plotting the Babri demolition, refused to take charge sheet. They refused to sign the charge sheet. The former deputy prime minister refuted many allegations in the charge sheet and refused to sign it. After denying them, the deficiencies of charge sheets are being corrected.

Lal Krishna Advani wrote in the charge sheet - I was not involved in the conspiracy.

Earlier, the CBI court had rejected the petition to acquit the accused in this case. The CBI court rejected the discharge application of the accused. The CBI court dismissed the discharge application of the accused along with all senior BJP leaders. After this, the process of fixing the allegations took place.

In the Babri Masjid demolition case in Ayodhya, the process of settling the charges came after the 12 accused including Lal Krishna Advani and Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi got bail. In this case the court rejected the request to acquit the accused. The CBI court, in rejecting the discharge application of the accused, was in the process of deciding the charges. The CBI court dismissed the discharge application of the accused along with all senior BJP leaders.

Following the hearing of the disputed structure of Ayodhya, the special CBI court today granted bail to 12 accused, including former Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani, former Union Minister Dr Murli Manohar Joshi and Union Minister Uma Bharti. All of them got bail on 20-20 thousand rupees. In front of the special CBI court hearing the Babri case, many big leaders including LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti were present.  

 

LK Advani and Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi met Yogi Adityanath at VVIP Guest House, along with Uma Bharti and Vinay Katiyar. Yogi also met Vishnu Hari Dalmiya, Ram Vilas Das Vedanti, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, Dharmadas, Champat Rai, Baikundh Lal Sharma and Satish Pradhan along with Sadhvi Ritambhara.

Simultaneously, CM Yogi Adityanath and other leaders also talked to the team of Advocates advocating in this matter. Lal krishna Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharati, Sadhvi Ritambhara, Vinay Katiyar, Vimala Hari Dalmiya's Lobbyist Vimal Kumar Shrivastav Ram Vilas Vedanti, Dharmadas Mahant, Mahant Nrityagopal Das, Champat Rai, Satish Pradhan and Bekund Lal Sharma's lawyers are KK Mishra and Manish Tripathi.

I respect the court, so I am going to present: Uma Bharti

Union Minister Uma Bharti today said that there was no conspiracy in this matter. This was an open movement. I respect the court, so I am going to be present.

CBI had filed the case they will answer said Sadhvi Rithambhara

The case will run on this people, but not on Kalyan Singh

The case will run against Lal Krishna Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti, Vinay Katiyar, Sadhvi Rithambhara, Vishnu Hari Dalmiya, Ram Vilas Vedanti, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, Champ Rai Bansal and Bakundlal Sharma Prem. Former Chief Minister of UP and at present the governer of Rajasthan Kalyan Singh, the case will not be running on him because of his position, he was exempted from the case. After he moves from the post of governor than only the case will run for him.
