Haryana offers incentives on digital payment of power bills , know how much you will get?

Chandigarh. In Haryana, an incentive amount is being given on digital payment of electricity bills. An announcement in this regard was made by Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam. It was informed that a scheme has been started by the corporation to give incentive amounts to rural customers on digital payment of bills on the lines of cities. Consumers can make digital payments of electricity bills through debit or credit cards, internet banking etc.

20 rupees will be available for the first time Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam officials said that for the first time, an incentive amount of Rs 20 will be given for making digital payment of electricity bills. After this, an incentive amount of 0.5% of the bill amount (maximum up to Rs.10) will be given on digital payments up to Rs.2000. An incentive amount of Rs 50 will be given to the people using electricity for digital payment of 6 consecutive bills.

Who will get the amount of 2 lakh rupees? According to Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Panchayats of villages that pay more than 90% of electricity bills and more than 90% of them through the digital medium will be honoured with Rs 2 lakh.
