New Delhi, December 15: Smart BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy on Thursday took a smart swipe at Rahul Gandhi for leveling charges of ‘personal corruption’ against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Talking no nonsense, he said that the Congress vice president is law bound to report such information to either police or court and failure to do so he can invite a punishment of three years.

“Having knowledge of any offence and not reporting it to the authorities carries a punishment of three years,” Swamy said to reporters outside Parliament.

"He (Rahul Gandhi) is bound by the law, criminal procedure code, to report it to a police station or to a court of law and not to doing so carries a punishment of three years," said Swamy.

Over the last couple of days Rahul Has alleged some corruption charges against the Prime Minister without any evidence. Looks like the PM is the only easy target for him, read the previous days link below to check what Rahul said.
